About The Ambulance Radio Programme

The Ambulance Radio Programme (ARP) delivers crucial technological systems to the Ambulance Trusts across the UK to ensure effective communications between Ambulance Trusts, the NHS, and other emergency responders.

It is vital that Trusts can communicate effectively from the control rooms to operational staff, the sector is under immense pressure and having the technology in place to support the service is critical.

We have three office locations, Barnsley – South Yorkshire, Bristol, and London office space with many roles having a hybrid working approach (home-office).

In addition to the offices, ARP have a Reference System Testing Site to ensure that all our services are assured before we introduce them to a live Ambulance Service.

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives have empowered ARP to deliver national scale solutions across Ambulance Services in the UK, with an ongoing budget in excess of £100m Per Annum.
