The Ambulance Radio Programme celebrates International Women’s Day & Exhibit at BAPCO 2024!  

ARP hosted a week of events including inspirational talks from Becky Stafford and Tracey Whitfield. The Full Team were invited to a great session, including a quiz from Helen Arnold and Vicky Quinn on unconscious bias and “how it used to be”.  Our Director, Duncan Bray finished the week talking about leadership and inclusivity and shared thoughts of how the ARP Senior Leadership Team are working closely to recognise and remind the whole team of their commitment to ensuring ARP has a compassionate and inclusive culture, where people are our most important asset. Amongst the IWD Events, ARP also exhibited at the BAPCO 2024 Event in Coventry, where we had 2 days demonstrating our CRS & MDVS Programmes and shared our successful delivery to date. 

We have had an incredible (and busy!) week at BAPCO, where Olivia Sibson really took the reins and made it a success leading the coordination. During the BAPCO Annual Dinner, we were also thrilled to see one of our PMO Analysts, Georgie Green, be awarded with the Ian Thompson Bursary 2024 Award – congratulations!
